Tad acidic finish but light and delicious

Totally seduced by this one. Smells like heaven if heaven is in France. Light and fresh but with sophisticated, mineral heft. Gorgeous.

Barnyard, stewed red cherries, hay, volcanic minerality. Lots of acidity, velvety finish.
