1日目は焦がした木の香りが非常に強く、その後ろに赤系果実だった。
2日目になると焦がした木の香りは落ち着き、梅のような香り、ベリーの香りで調和が取れてきた。
酸味とタンニンのバランスは良い。後味は中程度
