Kubota Manju Junmai Daiginjo

Big, thick, rich mouth feel. Seems to be best at room temp to get all the flavors.

There's a reason this is the most famous junmai daiginjo around. It's the Krug Grand Cuvée of sakes. Killer floral and rainwater complexion tinged with lychee and cucumber.

Elegant nose. Honey and white flowers. Asian pear. M- acid. M body and M+ alc. layered with a long finish.

Very clean with some weight for Nigata. Wishing for a bit more complexity
