2010, Arthur Metz, Cremant D'Alsace, 100 percent Pinot Noir. Went well with smoked ham NY Eve but even better with pan sautéed turbot. Tasted better the second night too. Lots of red fruit and high acidity. Not bad for an inexpensive Cremant.
