Really Spanish in style, fairly intense and layered with blackberry and a smoked truffle flavor and a little funk. A good choice with spicy foods (went great with tacos) or just when you are in the mood for something different. All the AE wines I've had seem to have an abundance of tartrate crystals not to be feared.
