Brine and lemon 🍋 zest. Bright acid. Tangy. I’d love to pair this with oysters 🦪

Straightforward but very nice with seafood. Citrus and minerals combine. Refreshing and nicely acidic. A pretty good wine by the glass at Avra, one of the smarter Greek lunchtime restaurants in NYC.

Lemon rind, gun flint and gouda cheese on the nose. The lemon carries through to the palate with some honeydew melon and a soft finish that lingers 30 seconds. Good, but doesn't have the wow factor.

Nice nose. Sweeter than expected. Rough finish.

The last time I was in Greece was 2024. Takes me back! This one’s from Santorini. I feel like this bottle would be €10, but I paid $30. Still quite good. Lemony and a little prickly at first, sea salt with some Muscadet qualities. With crackers, olives and roasted red peppers as an aperitif.
