A dark red rosé with a tiny bit of effervescence and a bit of kool-aid on the finish (in a good way). It stopped me in my tracks when paired with Jaleo's endive/goat cheese/orange tapa. Fun wine for a summer outdoor meal.

100% Grenache, a lot bolder than most rose wine. Longer press in the grapes to get the darker colour, has more body to it with hints of berries ripe water melon, but does not have the sweet flavours associated with the fruits. Great with risotto, duck confit and beetroot salad
