Like this - it’s very light, bright, some earth. Sour cherry, cranberry, strawberry. Like it slightly chilled

God dammit I just love trousseau so much and this is no exception. Soft palate feels warm fruit and rounded edges

Perfect, esp after about 5m exposure to oxygen. Bright fruit and great balance. A perfect new CA wine.

Typically grown in Jura region of Switzerland or Duoro region of Portugal. Light body with rusty red brown hues. Considered a farming grape or “bastardo” in Portugal 🤣 it’s lovely! Would pair with margarita pizza (can hold up to marinara or Bolognese). Best to drink young (same with their Gamay Noir)
