I don’t get the hype at all on this. Unfined and unfiltered, unique. Has a color of fresh squeezed cranberry juice. Blood orange and cranberry on the nose. Very fresh and vibrant. High acidity and very thin on the palate. Went down like water. I believe it pairs well with salad but not my style.
