What an over-achieving wine. Clear, pale gold in the glass...rather shy nose that broadens and deepens as it warms. The wine is medium weight and dry. Savory, rather than fruity.... balanced with noticeable acidity to keep the wine alive. Notes of citrus, green melon, and tart apple... the wine positively sings with food...Greek broiled chicken, beets with skordalia, roast potatoes with lemon and good olive oil...the wine and food march was nearly ideal. Glad I have a few more of these.
