Still very young with a very reserved nose of iron, ketchup and beef bouillon. Great acidic punch and nicely integrated tannins leading to a moderate finish. Punches above its weight.

Nice medium bodied reef with the acidic Sangiovese given a bit of dimension by the sagrantino in the blend. With this acidity is better with food than on its own but what a treat with tomato sauce!
