Pleasant champagne on board QR F. Nice nose and good overall flavor profile. Not worth the retail price, but not bad for an in flight beverage

Would be a decent $50 bottle of Champagne, so I’m glad I didn’t pay for it. Obviously just a show piece — that is, a wine that’s bought for its price tag and labeling. But, is it worth $300? Not a chance.
Tasting notes: Crisp, tight, small bubbles; even flavor, consistent effervescence from the first glass to the last. Nondescript citrus flavor (lemon-kumquat) throughout. Easy-drinking and definitely quaffable; goes well with a charcuterie or cheese platter. A bubbly that that probably anyone would like, almost like Sprite.
