A fish head and single vineyard Champs from Aspasie... It is a good Tuesday.

Paul Ariston must have used black magic to make this wine show so well out of half bottle! It almost teleported me to the Goutte d'Or in Brouillet!

What a great bottle of Champagne thanks so much Paul and @Caroline Ariston for making such good wine. It was magic with the sashimi plate, and brought me right back to rallying the Citroen in the Gouttes d'Or!
