Red cherry and strawberry with hints of earth. M+ acid, m body and round tannin. Red fruit, spice. A little bitter on the front. M finish. Light and elegant. Love that both primary and secondary fermentation is native and unfined and unfiltered.

Rich, ripe and firm. The fruit explodes from the glass. Plum, currants and violets. Cherry, spice and preserved berry notes on the front of the palate. Back of the palate I get tilled earth, toasted oak and mocha. Smokey finish that goes for over a minute. So fresh and elegant.

These guys make great juice. Arista is a top quality Pinot producer in Sonoma. Lively floral nose of berries. One of those smells you’d like to bottle (no pun). Cherries and raspberries galore but not a fruit bomb. Subtle and concise. A black pepper element to break the fruit and a long lasting finish to boot.

A bit high on oak but still excellent. Would drink again.

The star of the night. Massive nose of flower petals and dried fruit, lent to a smooth silky experience on the pallet with macerated cherry and smoke. A super long finish for a pinot, this is drinking at the top of its game

Wonderful. Classic Russian River pinot. Lip smacking good. Go with roasted or grilled meats, deep flavored creamy sauces or acidic sauces with cheesy tops. Double stuff a potato and serve with a great steak or chops.
