Sort of shocked at how good this is - found it in a back part of my mother in laws apartment and was slightly concerned about storage conditions given the age. Good amount of vanilla, but the fruit carries through and is delicious. Decent acid on the finish, too. 14.1%, and I think if it were higher it would be too much. Nice with ribs.

Drinking perfectly now. Tannins mellowed and the blackberry and cassis dominates with notes of dried oak. Drink this. It's drinking perfectly right now. Awesome
