Completely resolved. Stewed cherries. Smoky, earthy, mushrooms. Kiss of Brett.

Delicate red fruits, sage and olives, sous bois. Serve slightly chilled, paired with grilled octopus. Drink now.

Juicy fruit with moderate plus acidity. When we first opened it was very earthy and rustic automatically,palate was another story.

I say goddamn. And I smile real big. 10ish years ago, Arianna's very first vintage made me realize how alive and immediate wine could be, and turned me on to Etna, Frappato, natural wine and Louis/Dressner. And it's still all that, and a bag of chips. Desert island wine.

A bit of funk to start but it’s juicy balanced good acidity. Flexible with food.
