Light honey yellow with fragrant aromas of citrus and melon. Moderate weight on the palate with flavors of minerality, lemon, and a little oily/lactic acid and vanilla. Tight aromatic finish. Pretty fun, great with Mediterranean fare :)

Assyrtiko, Aidani and Athiri grape blend. Fresh, bright and zippety, lively citrus and green apples. Pear. Amazing to think this grew near the beautiful, blue domes of Santorini's Island churches. Mmmmmmm. Beeeeeeeautiful.
