Didn't know any sparkling wine was coming out of Oregon, so I was very curious to try. I believe this is $30-40/bottle normally, which seems right. Rush of bubbles, larger "fizz" feel, mainly brioche and green apple tart. Solid showing!

Beautiful sparkling wine, did not disappoint, before I knew it the whole bottle was gone and I was sad.
