A nice sparkler, blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Meunier, aged 70% neutral oak, the rest stainless. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruits and baking bread. Lively bubbles on light mousse, medium bodied, ripe apple, cherry and red plum on the palate, nice vivid acidity, well balanced ending with toasty mineral and biscuit notes. Nice!
