Not at all a "I want you to like me" wine even though softness is intrinsic to the category
Oxidative notes, quite austere and complex

It's hiding, it drink like a well aged complex Chardonnay a bit

Palate is very mineral. Very Fresh. Some green apple.

Good. Not great on open.

Trevlig och välgjord. Har bra ålderstoner. Syran är lite svag och den låga dosagen gör att smakerna inte riktigt lyfter.

Finalmente un bel saten e pure biologico, bolla finissima e molto persistente, bocca da champagne fresca, elegante, complessa, persistente ricca di fiori e frutta, con buone note di crosta di pane. Di soddisfazione
