A bright nose of grapefruit... On the palate, that grapefruit continues... Pith too... Quite a bit of sage here as well... A very pleasant medium, herbal finish as the grapefruit dissipates. This one grew on me... Not as simple as the first sips suggested...

May 17th, 2021On the nose, mainly citrus notes (grapefruit, lemon) with a little bit of Passionfruit too. Second nose I’ve got more baked fruits (lemon pie) and white flowers. On the palate a great minerality, the wine is very flint, crispy +++ but it also has generous aromas of citrus, pineapple, passionfruit again (lemon tart and fresh aromas for the rest). Med + acidity. A dry, lean, fruity and crispy Sauvignon Blanc, well balanced New World Style.
