Bee U Tee Full! It's maturing quite gracefully. Deep, dark and purple in color. The blueberry, blackberry flavors all intertwined over a minute plus finish. Brought this to CB with M, AH & AL.

Crushed violets and floral nose. Hints of spice and leather as well. Dark and purple berries on palate -- nice mid palate. Finish is shorter, slight drying. Pretty Napa cab, showing nice signs of bottle age.

Let me just start with WOW! After an extended decant, the black core with ruby red rimmed '97 Araujo Cabernet Sauvignon 'Eisele Vineyard' was everything and more than I was expecting. A big wine with utterly charming aromas of blackberries, eucalyptus, tobacco, tar and oak that jumped from the glass. It caressed the palate with its smooth texture and the fruit flavors were clean and laser focused and took a predominate role over the lovely supporting flavors. The finish is long, very long! The wine seems to be in a good place right now.
