The nose on this wine is quite green and savoury and that green character continues through to the palate. The 10% Cabernet frank on this wine is persistent on the pallet and gives quite dry green tanning. This wine would pair beautifully with haggis and tatties!

Nov 13th, 2024Huh, this is pretty interesting…like pears, extracted cloudberries, and lemon in a copper pot with a touch of brown sugar and honey. Finishes pretty damn long and mildly unctuous. Start the night or end with cheese (or ❄️? 😂)
