Cynthia Lohr-A new-found jewel at the market. Carménère-based and from Chile’s Central Valley, this peach and white blossoms delight is dry but soft and superbly drinkable. Pan-seared salmon with lemon and capers accompanied by honey-roasted carrots, and you’ve got an easy dinner next time company is in town.
