Antonio Bernardino Paulo da Silva
Colares Chitas Reserva Velho Ramisco
I feel very lucky to have had this wine! Spicy black pepper, sour cherry, mushroom and leather aromas and flavors. The tannins are sooo smooth and still some bright acidity. Yummy! Drinking it in Porto, Portugal.

Overall a very unique wine with tons of character- the tamisco grape is unique to the coastal region of Portugal - one of the old heirloom vines- and because I like thin mineral reds this is my dream come true for sipping wine! If you have a chance of getting this wine- Buy it by the case and hold on to it - very unique and should be more recognized for the hen that it is.
