Distinctive wine - amping up the cab franc pyrazinesand herbacousness, with new world fruit, all in a restrained manner. Notes of clean rasberry, graphite, bell pepper, and a very distinctive tomato note and a hint of bitter cacao. Really clean, transparent on the palate with refreshing acidity. An unlikely and incredible pairing to fresh red pasta sauce

Unbelievably good Cabernet Franc. Fantastic aromas of tomato leaf and roasted red peppers...done in the true Italian style. If you think you know Cab Franc, get to know THIS one.
