A fantastic infographic label on the back.

This is wound very very tight. Not at all ready for prime time even with 4 hours of air.

Very subdued attack for Beckstoffer grape, smooth tannin, black berry, mocha, hint of cinnamon, lots of juice, long lasting.

One of the most detailed labels I’ve ever seen and something that I greatly appreciated. This wine taste like it has a lot of potential. It has notes of leather and dusty fruit. Very mellow and very tight. No big grandiose flavors, but at the same time it felt like there wasn’t much development from opening to finish. Delicious wine and definitely worth a taste later on down the road to see if the Christmas leaning baking spices have a chance to develop with the tight fruit to become something incredible. I have a feeling this bottle needs to sit for another year or two before approach again.
