A white wine for almost everything. Richness from the skin contact, but the austere salinity coupled with delicate floral notes make it a perfect wine for food.

Aug 24th, 2019Quite weighty for a Alvarinho, with white peach and herbs and loads of salt plus a nice chalky texture. Great electric acidity and a long finish. This has nice precision & character.

Flat out bad on day one. Forgot it was in the fridge and it was delicious, tropical and high toned like a week later. Curious!
