Good memories of a trip to the northern Rhône - and Restaurant Pic - a great years ago. Nose of olive and smoke. Tightly wound at first, but fleshed our after 2 hours in a decanter. Dark fruit, smoke, fresh.

Perfumed leather, cinnamon, black pepper.
Medium to full bodied. Beautiful structure. Nice, round balance of tannins at the end.
Great for steak night. Porterhouse, lesgo.
