Bourgogne Aligoté

Not nearly as good as the last bottle of this we tried. What gives, Anne? (Disjointed, maybe heat damage)

More great 2018 aligote. A bit more focused and long than the Esmonin from a few nights ago, but not quite as complex.

Pop and pour, notes from 2 hrs open. On the nose: fruitier than my last btl, with sweet lime, sweet tomato leaf, and soft vanilla. On the palate: same fantastic acidity. underripe.gooseberry, herbs/tomato leaf, good density, and some nice tang on the finish. Not quite as good as my last btl, but still very good.

Love this producer. Notes of lemon, citrus, saline & mineral dominate the palate
