Having had almost no memorable aligotés in my life up to this point and so no real points of comparison I will attest that this is delicious and makes me wonder why I haven’t been drinking more. Noticeable oak but it provides a wonderful tension between vanilla opulence and the lithe acids of the variety.

What a wine. I got caught off guard. Nose of hay, white flowers. The palate is quite ample with a grip, a long acid backbone and a texture to be loved. Long finish with white flowers. Considering the price tag this is pure gold!
