Minor bubbles🍾, light on white fruits🍐🍏🍑; seems almost like Extra Brut in style to me, a little dry but fun. Finish is ghost-like 👻, at least the friendly ones, whom go away quickly...
35% Riesling, 28% Pinot Blanc, 13.5% Müller-Thurgau, 12.6% Viognier, 7.2% Gewurtztraniner & 3.7% Chardonnay

Crisp, dry, and refreshing. Perfect for hot days and cupcakes at a nephews birthday party.

Light bubbles, light on fruit flavors, good acidity. Good for the summer.

Had a bottle of this vintage 6 months ago and this didn’t quite live up to the memory. More weird than wonderful upon second inspection. Still very good and interesting, but not transcendent.

The most delightfully weird wine. 35% Riesling, 28% Pinot blanc, and a kitchen sink’s worth of other grapes. Dry and effervescent, the scent and initial taste of apples is so strong as to recall applesauce. Sounds like it would be gross, but it’s awesome.
