I love the depth underneath the tart refreshing berry character. This wine has a lot going for it: it’s acidic and food friendly, it’s has a brightness that makes your moth happy, and it has a nice long finish with a little mineral tang.

Lots of minerals on the nose and not quite ripe strawberries. Medium body, tart strawberry acid kick, lingering minerals. Perfect summer wine.

This is a nice, bright rosé. Fuller and fruitier than the French style rosé I usually choose but it’s really nice.
