Gres Xarello

Rich color due to some extended skin contact, but less funky than an Orange wine. Cloudy and flavorful, pairs well with seasoned ethnic food (Asian, Caribbean, etc.).

One of our Parcelle picks…enjoyed roasted Salmon, grilled chicken, Farro, and asparagus paired with this beauty. Notes of petrol and light citrus.
