Champoux Vineyard Red Bordeaux Blend

Can go another 3-5yrs but drinking well now. A true US bordeaux wine.

Just what the doctor ordered for tonight. Dark fruit, leather, & spice and other things nice. Out of respect I probably should've decanted for a bit but oh well. Great bottle.

Väldigt fint utvecklad och polerad av lagring. Fyrfaldig Bordeaux-blend där cab franc dominerar till 52%. Komplex doft. Polerat läder, mörka bär, nypon, grafit, blyerts, mörk choklad. Finkorniga tanninerna är kvar men fint integrerade, täcker hela munnen. Superbra struktur efter 14 år. God nu. Bästa från Washington jag provad, väldigt seriös känsla.

'07 still showing stewed blackberries, tobacco, cinnamon. Well balanced blend.

Very dark for its age. Deep dark fruits with stout structure and a great finish.

Lots of leather, very enjoyable.
