It’s mouthfilling and more linear and lean in the mouth than the nose suggests. Savory and minerally mostly, with dry blackberry extract. Long finish. Really nice.

After a full day of tasting elegant, earthy Pinots, this is a bit of a fruit bomb, but it’s alright for a by-the-glass offering. Rich, ripe blue and black fruit. Thick and viscous with a whisper of tannins, baking spice, and vanilla.
