André Perret
Chery Condrieu Viognier
Pale to mid Gold in colour. Notes of honey, honeysuckle, a little ginger and oxidative notes. On the unctuous full bodied palate Apricots and glaced fruits. Low acid and with Condrieu best drunk probably a little earlier than 7 years. A delicious drink nonetheless - one of the 1001 Wines. Postscript: Chery is considered one of the two most noble vineyards in Condrieu along with Vernon.

Apr 27th, 2016Mesmerizingly perfumed, with a silky, luscious texture. Teeming with finesse. Kind of a magical balance. If you can find me another Condrieu, or any Viognier, this complex and sensual, I'll...I'll drink it!
