Located just east of St. Helena in Napa where Conn Creek flows out of Howell Mountain. Their 26 acres of vineyards are in the heart of this 40-acre grape-growing paradise. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Petit Verdot. A big wine with complex fruit and spice aromas. Juicy black berry fruits, with underlying smooth sweetness combined with smoke, spice and oak. Well structured, tannins still tight, gave in after 90 minutes, ending with earthy pepper character. Enjoyable now but let it sit in cellar.

Earthy cigar brambly dark fruit hiding out. Nice balance, complexity. Can age awhile longer.

Excellent Cali Cab previously Cved but no record! Still in tail end of primary stage with good fruit and Napa earth and concentration. Good length. Will bring to HH to compare with several days old Forman.

Much better than I was expecting. Bruised blackberries and big oak. Smokey finish. Very good for the price.

Nice and robust, big cherry cola, chocolate, and vanilla oak. Classic Napa with the sugary flavors, some caramel lingering thru as well. The tannins are present but not over powering, there is plenty of fruit to balance the acids, but they do break thru on the finish, so feels like another decade at least. A bit one dimensional, but it's good at what it does.
