The grassy, herbal feel carries on in the lengthy finish. Pair it easily with any sort of seafood, especially something fried.

Pears. Banana. And bubblegum. But still pretty dry and acidic. Yeah, I know that sounds weird, but it works for this wine. Very different than most Cali Sauvignon Blancs but I’m digging it.
