"Odedi"

Deep purple / inky in color with a purple rim.

On the nose, green pepper, blackberries, plums, smoke, oak, dirt, tar and black pepper.

Full-bodied with high acidity and nice legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with oak, green pepper, cherries, plums, vanilla, Light licorice, Earth, dirt and peppercorn.

Tart finish with very little tannins and black pepper.

This is a nice Cabernet Franc, big and enjoyable, but still young and needs a few years to balance out.

After cold fermentation, the wine was aged for 2 years in 300 and 500 liter, oak barrels.

15% alcohol by volume.

Cabernet Franc from #Israel with good potential but Still not balanced. Will be good in three to five years. Drinkable now, though. Went great with my steak.
