Deep purple in color with a purple rim.
On the nose, green pepper, tobacco, blackberries, currants, plums, cherries, cranberries, oak, licorice and black pepper.
Dry on the palate with plums, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, green pepper, currants, oak, vanilla and peppercorn.
Medium finish with full, green tannins, black pepper and some bitterness.
A Nice and elegant wine, still young, but definitely drinkable now.
Aged for 24 months in oak barrels.
13% alcohol by volume.

Dry and fruity on the palate with oak, green pepper, cherries, plums, vanilla, Light licorice, Earth, dirt and peppercorn.
Tart finish with very little tannins and black pepper.
This is a nice Cabernet Franc, big and enjoyable, but still young and needs a few years to balance out.
After cold fermentation, the wine was aged for 2 years in 300 and 500 liter, oak barrels.
15% alcohol by volume.

Dry and spicy on the palate with blackberries, black currants, wood, cloves, vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate, and peppercorn.
Long finish with round soft tannins, lime and plenty of black pepper.
A Big #Cabernet Franc from #Israel with good potential but Still not balanced. Will be good in three to five years. Drinkable now, though. Went great with my steak.
