Je ne retrouve pas mes notes en détail mais il y avait beaucoup de fruit, principalement de la cerise, j’ai vraiment bien aimé. Aucune idée pour la garde mais c’est bon maintenant avec un passage en carafe

2016—Fresh muddled strawberry, red cherry, & raspberry aroma. Very juicy and lush. Pure fruit juice on the palate. Smooth & thin with low tannins and low acid. Grippy finish with notes of coffee grounds & cocoa powder.

Restrained yet with the unmistakable perfume with black currant, bell pepper, some tobacco leaf. Fully ripe w/o any green hints. On the palate perfectly poised with great balance. Fine, sandy tannins, with pure fruit & depth. Restrained, very elegant, yet full & really good. Great length, too. What a wine.
