Wow, this is a show stopper! Blueberries, mocha, and deliciously textured.. Nose of a flower garden.. Lovely stuff.

I love this Amici. Pure mountain cabernet on the palate with blackberry, cassis, mild licorice, mountain herb, and grainy/chewy tannins. Need a lot more time. Oak still very prominent. Will integrate with time.

Displays signature mountain fruit intensity. a very elegant delivery, evoking a very expressive St. Estephe, with stony dark fruit, leather, anise, and wild flowers. a very blue chip rather than voluptuous style. Decanted for 2 hours but could easily take another hour plus.

Intense Hillside Cabernet with a great balance of tannins. This one will drink for many more years. Thanks to Bob for sharing your Spring Mountain Masterpiece.

Too early but trying before I buy more. Stellar. Lots of upside. Dark. Sticky. Reminds me of a ‘13 Cor Leonis a little.

Very smooth, but overall Spring Mountain doesn’t do it for me. The notes were subdued, but nothing really special from any other $50 napa Cab from 2015.

😳 we’re comparing this and the Spring Mtn cab tonight. Can definitely see the similarities in the fruit, but this is more complex, balanced, and refined for sure.
