Mouthfeel is great. There’s tea, bramble, tar, with black fruit fighting to come out, sweet molassessy blackberry I’m going to call it. The tannins are great, well integrated throughout. I’m having to peel my lips from my teeth at points, but this isn’t hard. Ready now. Get some! I love this!

Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, dark, rich, ripe berries, florals and sweet vanilla. Almost like a fresh baked blueberry pie. On the palate, lots of fruit. Blueberry and blackberry jam. Hints of black licorice, florals and Vanilla. Rich and full bodied. Medium tannins, nice acidity, nicely balanced.

Sep 25th, 2020Exceeded expectations for such a young wine. Big vanilla oak on the nose with some red fruit. Great structure and a nice mix of acidity and tannins. Very enjoyable. Will be drinking again.
