2016's are going to be some serious stuff - best base line Cab in many years, I can't wait.

At our favorite BYOB restaurant in Houston enjoying this wine. Recommended by the sales staff at Total Wine as a great under $50 bottle of wine. First time I’ve had an Amichi wine.

Always good 👌🏻 Sweet, ripe red & black fruits, spices, and eucalyptus.

Excellent example of entry level Napa Cabernet with enough complexity to keep it interesting. Black cherry and cassis to the max with a backbone of spicey clove and minerality. Tannins are smooth with a long finish featuring plum and light chocolate. The fruit really stands out. Tremendous value here. 2016 vintage on Mar 14, 2020

Velvety smooth. Tastes expensive. 2016 was a hell of a year for Napa cabs

To me, this was better after it was open for a couple of hours.. It has Rich aromas and intense flavors.

Well, after suffering through two weeks of soul-crushing illness I’m finally out of the forest of disease and am now in the sun-soaked fields of health & wellness...which in this case is the Texas Hill Country. Feels good to finally be back drinking wine, eating good food, and enjoying some travel.

Dark ruby hue with medium-high saturation. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, honey, and leather. Strong tannins and medium-high acidity. Bold, complex, and intense Napa-style Cabernet Sauvignon.

Few entry-levels “do it” for me like Amici’s Cab. The beautiful, dark fruits, the cedar, licorice, menthol, mocha, and baking spices, the pretty body that bodes good things for those who wait another year or two. These are consistently solid 👌🏻
