Pinotman /// Andreas

So here is the thing. I actually think this is a master piece. Tried over 3 days and still holding up with limited oxidation. Roussane can be big and honeyed and in a way blunt. But this one with just 12.8 % alcohol from Santa Barbara County was I assume picked early for elegance and pose. Quite burgundian in style. Tannic for a white, just a touch of honey, apples, stone fruits, touch peach, there is some herbaceous undertone - I can’t really put my finger on it. Camomilles? - with perhaps a faint whiff of mint? One could mistake this for a 1er white Burgundy. Will keep this and see how it ages!
