Oct 17th, 2015Beautiful expression of Syrah. Not a rocks syrah with all the funk, and not a "syrah for cab drinkers" like most other Walla Walla syrahs. Restrained and controlled. Medium body with light tannins and great acidity. Pinot Noir drinkers would understand this wine almost immediately. Perfect food wine.

David Cox you got a bad bottle. 4 hour decant and the wine was purring. Bright acid beautifully integrated wine. Reminds me of Côte rotie
