Low Serving temperature seems better, but drink slowly. The flavour changes a lot. First of all green apple and citrus dominate, in the end tropical fruit sparkles.

Light as a “feather” but mineral, herbal and deep. Drinks beautifully at this very young age. I don’t know that you’d want any age on it actually.
