Very light upon opening. The flavor profile deepens and tannins increase upon a few days of room temp storage. It’s a good summer red, as it’s not overly dry and bitter. It’s very neutral in flavor palette. Not too berry and bright and not dark or nutty/ woody.

Blueberries, fresh blackberries, and rosemary on the nose, with ripe blueberries, blackberries, black currants, and creme de cassis gushing onto the palate. Opens to orange rind and grapefruit pith, chicory root and licorice, and finishing with first chicory root, licorice, and fresh cedar bark on finish for a lovely change of pace.
