Fino Montilla-Moriles Pedro Ximinez

Light flor, nutty, salty influence. More fruit flesh.

N: Big acetone, oranges, varnish. This isn’t a seaside fino, as it’s Pedro Ximinez from Montilla-Moriles. Inland. The salinity is less so than in the Jerez models.
P: Nuts , oranges,like a dry marmalade,lots of fruit. Almonds.
Really nice on a hot day.
Thanks@Enramistas.

Light on the palate with ample acidity. Surprising to have a PX grape made into this style (for me anyway).

A great apéritif before dinner. Great QPR. Fun to have a Fino from Montilla-Moriles.
